This account signifies a visual manifestation in which carries out an exploratory process. The almost clinical looking account is fragments of an emanated idea. With a need to encompass the very essence of limbs and body parts, awkwardly protruding through, to look as if rising from the depths of unknown.
Consciously I contemplate on the result, to what cognitive part of my mind/imagination do they birth? The abstraction a display of my memory, the softness giving it form, yet there is silence, a beautified stillness hinted.

A person’s hands are perceived as an honest indication of the journey their life has brought them. Every moment we have lived, have experienced, our hands have experienced too.
They are our own personal tools for emotional and physical expression. The ever-changing lines, flaws or scars are truly our own patterns; something new added with every experience.
Each unique to its own; no line, shape, labor or size matches that of another. Whilst gentle similarities appear, their journey and life pattern remains individual.
This narrative represents the unique structure and patterns each individual holds. This visual account of hands from a variety of people within our society outlines that whilst the world around us is constantly evolving we can find in each other this constant link, our human nature.
Through our physical form we can find our place in knowing that we are all human, all with one beating heart.
